Abstract
An isolated affected 19-year-old male with hypohidrotic ectodermal dys plasia (HED) had rare features of the syndrome such as recurrent otiti s and multiple sebaceous gland papules of the face. Sebaceous gland hy pertrophy is puzzling in the context of HED.
