Abstract
Actinomycosis is rare compared to carcinoma, but the two conditions ca n present with very similar clinical pictures. Two cases of actinomyco sis are reported, one thoracic and one pelvic-abdominal which presente d as carcinoma and proceeded to surgery without a histological diagnos is having been established.
