Abstract
When the hepatic artery is not available in liver transplantation beca use of its bad quality or low flow, arterial grafts from the donor hav e to be used to obtain arterial blood how from the aorta. The case of use of a vascular PTFE prosthesis when no vascular grafts were availab le is presented, with good outcome 6 months after transplantation.
