Abstract
Three cases of penetrating sinus injuries due to air gun pellets are p resented in order to illustrate the potentially serious consequences o f air gun injuries. Primary surgery was performed in all cases. The cl inical presentation, methods of accurate pre-operative localization an d surgery are discussed.
