Abstract
Two cases of congenital bilobar emphysema are presented, both of which caused neonatal respiratory embarrassment, Plain radiography and lung scintigraphy revealed bilobar involvement in one child prior to surge ry, while the bilobar involvement in the other child was found during a follow-up study.
