Abstract
Cysticercosis can affect any organ of the body although central nervou s system manifestations are the most common. Cysticercosis involving t he myocardium is extremely rare and is usually diagnosed postmortem. W e report a case of cysticercosis involving the myocardium diagnosed an temortem using ultrafast CT.
