Abstract
Two new algorithms for the Fast Wavelet Transform on parallel computer s are presented. They are compared to a previously published algorithm [3,4] and are found to outperform this algorithm for a Connection Mac hine (CM) Fortran implementation of a two-dimensional wavelet transfor m on a CM-200 and a CM-5.
