The American Academy of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery has bee n concerned about the effect of environment degradation on health, The re is particular interest in the deleterious health effects of seconda ry smoke. This report reviews the recent literature regarding passive smoke and clinical disorders and discusses management strategies.
