Abstract
A patient with familial Pelger-Huet (PH) anomaly, which accompanied tu berculosis, and acute polyarthritis is described. Investigations surro unding this case suggests that the immunological abnormalities may be associated with the PH anomaly and the tuberculosis, and that the comp lications may be related to the development of the acute polyarthritis .
