Abstract
Giving integration assistance to children and youths whose chances of integration are longterm impaired due to the effects of mental disturb ances require that the helping systems involved - especially the youth aid of children and youth psychiatries (as a part of the health servi ces) cooperate. This presupposes that the terms and procedures have be en clarified as discussed in this article.
