EQUIVALENT-CIRCUIT MODELS FOR ELECTRONIC CERAMICS

Complex immittance spectra of model equivalent circuits involving resi stive and capacitive elements are calculated. A comparison of experime ntally obtained complex immittance plots with these diagrams greatly f acilitates the search for the most appropriate equivalent circuit repr esenting the electrical properties of electronic ceramics.
