Abstract
We study a model of the Cooper pair in superconductivity whose basic m echanism is due to nonlinear-nonlocal and non-Hamiltonian interactions ; we show the capability of the model of representing available data w hile possessing intriguing predictive capacities, and we propose its e xperimental verification.
