Transition metal oxides (TMOS), which include the high-T-c superconduc
tors (HTSC), are materials with electronic structures which are diffic
ult to calculate because of the narrow d-bands of the transition metal
elements and the strong electronic correlation among those n-electron
s. For a fullwnderstanding of the electronic structure of HTSC materia
ls two kinds of approaches, LDA and HF, are carried out for the typica
