Abstract
The thermal behaviour of nickel complexes with phenylazothioalkylcarbo ximides (RL, where R = CH3, C2H5) of the general formula Ni(RL)(2)I-2 . 2S (S = CHCl3, CCl4, 1/2C(2)H(4)Cl(2), I-2) has been studied. The de composition of the compounds involves two stages: desolvation and ther molysis. The losses of the S molecules occur at the temperature higher than their boiling points. An important role of S in stabilization of the crystal structure of the compounds has been suggested.
