Abstract
The steady-state photocarrier grating technique is used to measure the transport properties of polycrystalline CuGaSe2 thin films. The influ ence of composition and growth temperature is analysed in bilayers gro wn exactly the same way as absorbers for solar cells. The photocurrent losses in solar cells in 'substrate' and 'superstrate' configuration are related to the measured diffusion lengths.
