Systematic photoluminescence (PL) and photoreflectance (PR) measuremen
ts have been carried out at 77 K on single crystals of CuGa(S1-xSex)2
and Cu(Ga1-x1nx)S2 alloys grown by iodine-transport method. Energies o
f A, B and C excitons have been determined as a function of compositio
n. An exciton-related PL peak has been observed for both alloys over t
he whole composition range.
