Abstract
The transition from the selenide to the sulfide in coevaporated CuIn(S , Se)2 thin films is investigated regarding morphology, structural pro perties, incorporation of sulphur versus selenium, the existence of se condary phases and electrical properties. The segregation behaviour of secondary phases in In-rich and Cu-rich films and the influence on th e film growth are discussed. Measurement techniques involve SEM, XRD a nd acceleration voltage dependent WDS.
