Abstract
The advantages of fuel cells for mobile and stationary applications ar e clear: they deliver high efficiencies with zero or near-zero emissio ns. Recent progress in materials development and in manufacturing proc edures indicates that a range of commercial applications will be possi ble in the foreseeable future.
