Abstract
Multicomponent semimagnetic semiconductors are studied for sensor appl ications. Chemical content of these materials is optimized for sensors working at wavelengths of 633, 670, 850, 1300 nm. The main characteri stics of semimagnetic semiconductors are analyzed and their advantages are shown. Sensors working at wavelength of 670 nm are constructed.
