Static scaling analysis was made on the nonlinear susceptibility of hi
gh Mn concentrated Cd1-xMnxTe with scaling function: chi(nl) = tau(bet
a)g(H/tau((y+beta)/2)). With increasing of Mn content the critical exp
onents beta and gamma become larger and depart from the values reporte
d for typical spin glass materials. This behavior of the critical expo
nents suggests that the increase in Mn content causes a change in the
spin freezing mechanism from spin glass like one to disordered antifer
romagnetic one at x approximately 0.46 in Cd1-xMnxTe.
