Time growth features of the magnetization and Faraday rotation under z
ero field cooled condition were investigated for Cd1-xMnxTe, which are
analyzed by using a stretched exponential time dependence. The best-f
itted parameters tau and n are different between these experimental te
chniques, significantly in high Mn concentration region. Aspect of the
spin freezing becomes more sensitive to a spatial scale relevant to t
he resolution inherent in these techniques with increasing Mn content.
