Abstract
Photoluminescence spectra of MgGa2Se4 single crystals grown by the Bri dgman method have been investigated. In the photoluminescence spectrum at 10 K of undoped MgGa2Se4 two broad emission bands are observed at 1.39 and 1.62 eV, which are due to D-A pair transitions.
