Abstract
The parameters of semi conductor electron-beam-pumped lasers based on ZnCdS compound made by using the conventional silver mirrors and new t ype microrelief mirrors are described. The use of microrelief mirror i nstead the full-reflected silver mirror permits, all other things bein g equal, increasing the power and efficiency of radiators by about one order of magnitude.
