Abstract
Sarcoidosis is a disease of unknown etiology which is characterized pa thologically by widespread non-caseating granulomas involving multiple organ systems, We report a case of sarcoidosis with multiple nodular shadows in bilateral lung fields, Abnormal shadows were completely dis appeared without medication after one six months.
