Abstract
The solution conformation of three linear tripeptides Boc-Ala-Val-Val- OMe 1, Boc-Ala-Pro-Val-OMe 2, and Boc-Ala-(D)Pro-Val-OMe 3 was studied by NMR spectroscopy and accompanying force-field calculations. In one case, 2, as preferred conformation the epsilon-turn all trans conform er was found.
