The significant transient optical density variation (bleaching with sh
ort relaxation times and more long darkening) occurs as the result of
picosecond laser pump upon glass with semiconductor particles of the c
ontent CuInS2xSe2(1-x) (size 10-30 nm). Temporal parameters of the ind
uced absorption kinetics are determined by the excitation level and co
rrespondence of photon energy of pump and probe pulses.
