Abstract
In coleoptiles of etiolated and green seedlings of barley the high rel ative content of protochlorophyllide (Pde) reductase in total and plas tid-bound pools has been tested by ELISA. The Pde content in etiolated coleoptiles has been found to be 1-2% from that in etiolated leaves.
