Abstract
The crystal structures of quadricyclanone (2) and 3-(cyclopentadienyli dene)quadricyclane (3) are solved by X-ray diffraction analyses. Their bonding parameters cannot be accurately estimated by semiempirical mo dels AM1 and PM3.
