Abstract
We reproduce, with the aid of the WKB approximation, the general trend of the elastic scattering of Li-11 from a proton target at E(Lab) = 6 2 MeV/A. The effect of the break up of halo neutrons is emphasized, wh en compared to the system p + Li-9 at E(Lab) = 60 MeV/A.
