Von Hippel-Lindau syndrome (VHL) is an autosomal dominant disorder cha
racterized by renal cysts, retinal angiomas, central nervous system he
mangioblastomas, and pancreatic cysts. Evan's syndrome is a hematologi
c disorder characterized by autoimmune thrombocytopenia and autoimmune
hemolytic anemia. We present the first case of acute pancreatitis and
Evan's syndrome that developed in a patient with von Hippel-Lindau sy
ndrome.
