Aa. Vorobev et al., INVESTIGATION OF THE STRUCTURE OF DEEP HOLE STATES IN ZR-90 AND PB-208 BY MEANS OF INELASTIC PROTON-SCATTERING AT 1 GEV, Physics of atomic nuclei, 58(11), 1995, pp. 1817-1832
A missing-mass correlation spectrometer with overall energy resolution
FWHM = 3.5 MeV is used to study the reactions (p, 2p) and (p, np) on
Zr-90 and Pb-208 nuclei at energy To = 1.0 GeV under experimental cond
itions permitting complete kinematic reconstruction. Proton- and neutr
on-separation-energy spectra are obtained in a wide binding-energy ran
ge. Empirical regularities observed in the evolution of the principal
parameters of deep hole states of protons and neutrons in going from l
ight to heavy nuclei are discussed. Experimental data are analyzed by
the Hartree-Fock method with Skyrme forces, as well as with modified M
oszkowski delta interaction.
