Abstract
The direct photonuclear disintegration of the He-4 nucleus through the dd channel and the corresponding radiative capture are considered in the potential two-cluster model with intercluster interactions that re produce the phase shifts of elastic scattering and the properties of b ound states. The astrophysical S-factors are calculated at low energie s. The proposed model is shown to describe the total cross sections fo r photoprocesses.
