Abstract
The amplitude of pion interaction with light nuclei H-3 and He-3, incl uding multiple pion scattering, is obtained in the fixed-center approx imation. Only the contribution of the P-33 State is included for pi N interaction, and NN interaction is neglected. The coordinate wave func tion of nuclei is taken as the sum of Gaussians. The differential cros s sections and asymmetries for the elastic process pi-H-3(pi(+3)He) at lab energy T-s=180 MeV are calculated. The results are compared with experimental data.
