Abstract
The outcome of advanced endometrial carcinoma is poor, indicating the need for new treatment modalities. We report a case of stage IVb endom etrial carcinoma who received neoadjuvant chemotherapy given via intra -arterial infusion with carboplatin and pirarubicin. This treatment re duced the volume of tumors, even those in the lung. Then we succeeded in performing cyto-reduction. The patient is doing well 12 months post -therapy.
