Abstract
We present transport measurements for TlnBa2Ca2Cu3Ox (n = 1,2) films. The current-voltage characteristics clearly show a curvature change in the In(E)-ln(J) plot, presence (T>T-g) and absence (T<T-g) of linear resistivity, and scaling behavior with measured critical exponents z = 7 - 8 and v = 1 - 1.3, suggesting a vortex-glass-liquid phase transit ion. The critical exponents reported so far are lacking in universalit y, but dependent upon both systems (YBa2Cu3O7, Bi2Sr2Ca2Cu3O10,etc.) a nd samples (crystal, firm, etc.). We discuss the possibility of an ani sotropic correlation length of a vortex glass for an anisotropic super conductor, a finite correlation length due to inhomogeneous pinning fo r defective samples, and technical problems in the scaling procedure.
