with I > 3 sigma I out of 2286 unique data and 16044 measured reflect
ions. Synthesis, thermal behavior and crystal structure at room temper
ature are reported. Transitions at -78.6 degrees C, -25.8 degrees C an
d 1.7 degrees C are observed on DSC measurements. The structure contai
ns chains of HSeO3- ions and H2SeO3 molecules connected by a network o
f hydrogen bonds, the organic cations acting as spacers between the ch
ains.
