Abstract
Here we report a case of pancreatoblastoma in a 2-year, 4-month-old gi rl. The child underwent surgical resection and was managed with chemot herapy (cisplatin plus doxorubicin). The patient is currently disease- free 42 months after being taken off chemotherapy.
