Abstract
Hexamethyldisilazane and 1,1,1-trimethyl-N,N-bis(trimethylsilyl) stann aneamine aminate pentafluoropyridine, octafluorotoluene, pentafluorobe nzonitrile, pentafluoronitrobenzene and pentafluorobenzene sulphonyl f luoride in the presence of caesium fluoride with formation of the corr esponding perfluorinated aryl amines (ArNH2), diarylamines (Ar2NH) and triarylamines (Ar3N) (where the amine functions are in positions 4 re lative to the arene substituent).
