Abstract
A theoretical method for TM-polarized electromagnetic scattering from a periodic strip array on a grounded dielectric is considered in conne ction with the guided leaky wave. The numerical results of an analysis of plane-wave scattering from the structure are presented and compare d with those of previous experimental works. Some characteristics of t he Bragg-angle blaring observed in the structure are discussed. (C) 19 96 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
