Abstract
CuInSe2 thin films prepared by electrodeposition method can produce pe riodically electrochemistry oscillation phenomenna during H2O2 cathodi c reduction. The dynamic current-voltage curve from -1.80V to 0.00V((v sSCE)) appears a pronounced current wave. When the potential is set in the oscillating potential region, the cell response may be accounted for, in the equivalent circuit representation, by the presence of nega tive resistances and inductances with A.C. methods. The negative resis tances and inductances may indicate an autocatalytio reaction with an adsorbed intermediate.
