EFFECT OF THE NON-S-WAVE PHASE-SHIFTS OF THE IMPURITY POTENTIAL IN A D-WAVE SUPERCONDUCTOR

We study the effect of the non-s-wave phase shifts of the impurity pot ential beyond the usual delta-function approximation in d-wave and ani sotropic s-wave order parameters. We compute the density of states, su perfluid density, transition temperature, and the magnitude of the gap in various situations. We also discuss how strongly the physical quan tities depend on model parameters of the impurity potential.
