Abstract
The characteristics of the ER-2 aircraft and ground-based High Resolut ion Interferometer Sounder (HIS) instruments deployed during FIRE II a re described. A few example spectra are given to illustrate the HIS cl oud and molecular atmosphere remote sensing capabilities.
