Abstract
Turnip vein-clearing virus (TVCV) is a tobamovirus related to ribgrass mosaic virus. We report the nucleotide (nt) sequences of the 5'-untra nslated region (UTR) and the 3'-half of the TVCV genome (the 3' region of the 182-kDa protein-encoding gene, as well as the movement protein and coat protein genes and the 3'-UTR). The determination completes t he nt sequence of the cDNA of TVCV.
