CONTROLLABILITY INDEXES OF LINEAR-SYSTEMS WITH DELAYS

The purpose of this paper is to exhibit new lists of controllability i ndices relative to R(n)-controllability and controllability over the f ield R(del),for linear systems with delays. In fact, as for linear sys tems without delays, we define two lists of indices for each notion of controllability. Moreover we define the bijection which links both li sts for each type of controllability. Finally, using controllability i ndices over R(del), we give some further informations about coefficien t assignment by state feedback, particulary about the polynomial forms the coefficients can take.
