Abstract
The possibility of observing Venusian fireballs from Earth is examined . We estimate the steady-state flux of large, fireball-producing meteo roids at the orbit of Venus, and find that the prospects for observing such events from Earth with small, 'amateur-sized' telescopes are not unreasonable.
