Abstract
The recurrence of the hemolytic uremic syndrome (HUS) in a renal trans plant patient during pregnancy and during treatment with cyclosporin i s reported. After 41/2 months of treatment with hemodialysis the renal function partially recovered. A monozygote twin sister has not develo ped HUS in spite of 2 pregnancies.
