Abstract
Carcinoma of the penis has a well documented metastatic pattern, regio nal lymph nodes being the predominant site of involvement. Distant met astasis is extremely rare, with a reported incidence of 1-10%. Osseous metastasis is even rarer and no case of metastasis to the spine has b een reported previously. We present a case of carcinoma of the penis m etastasizing to the spine.
