Abstract
The laser-resonance two-step external photoelectric effect is revealed in the F2- color centers of LiF crystals exposed to nanosecond laser pulses. The first photoionization step uses IR radiation tunable withi n the resonance absorption band of the color centers and the second st ep the second harmonic of a Nd:YAG laser. The photoionization cross se ctions of the F2- centers are estimated.
