Abstract
If no correction is performed, the inertia of the sensors for temperat ure and humidity in research aircraft leads to an error in the calcula tion of turbulent fluxes. Simple considerations give an estimation of the order of magnitude of these errors. A simple method for the in-sit u estimation of temperature sensor inertia is given.
