Abstract
The sample holder is a thermally insulated metal plate with two holes filled with specimen liquids. When volatile liquids are analyzed, the holder is cooled with Liquid nitrogen. The device protects the samples from contamination and enables the user to record mass spectra reprod ucible to within 2-3%.
